研究目的：

（1）通过构建 ICF-RS 功能分级划分规则，为构建 ICF-RS 功能分级算法模型提供可供参考的标准数据。（2）通过构建 ICF-RS 功能分级算法模型，开展临床验证，解决 ICF-RS 缺乏整体功能评判标准的问题，进?解决 ICF 类?由于限定值数据不等距造成的?法直接对功能分级的问题。  

Objectives of Study：

The main contents are as follows: (1) through the construction of ICF-RS function classification rules, we can provide reference standard data for the construction of ICF-RS function classification algorithm model. (2) by constructing the ICF-RS function grading algorithm model and carrying out clinical verification, we can solve the problem of lack of overall functional evaluation criteria of ICF-RS, and solve the problem of direct functional classification of ICF class due to the unequal distance of limit data.

纳入标准：

①疾病诊断明确；②年龄≥18 岁；③神志清楚、具有认知能?（简易智?测试≥6 分），能够配合完成评定；④具有?语交流能?，能够回答问题，如不能进??语交流则需要具备?定读写能?，能够阅读题??字并回答。

Inclusion criteria

(1) clear diagnosis of the disease; (2) age ≥ 18 years old; (3) clear mind, cognitive ability (simple intelligence test ≥ 6), and ability to complete the assessment; (4) "language communication ability" and ability to answer questions. if you can not enter the language communication, you need to have "fixed reading and writing ability", be able to read and answer questions.

排除标准：

病情危重，?命体征尚未平稳的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who are in critical condition and whose vital signs are not yet stable.
