研究目的：

探讨基于fNIRS技术在进行为期12周的开放式运动和封闭式运动对ADHD儿童注意力和执行功能的影响。具体如下： 目的一：探讨不同运动方式对ADHD儿童的治疗效果，并对比两者的疗效； 目的二：探讨干预前后ADHD患者注意力和执行功能的变化与脑区激活水平的关联性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of open and closed exercise based on the fNIRS technique on attention and executive function in children with ADHD when performed over a 12-week period. Specifically as follows: Aim I: To explore the therapeutic effects of different exercise modalities on children with ADHD and to compare the efficacy of the two; Aim 2: To explore the correlation between changes in attention and executive function and brain region activation levels in ADHD patients before and after the intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄6-12岁，不限性别; （2）根据《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第五版(DSM-5)诊断为 ADHD； （3）韦氏量表评分＞80； （4）近三个月没有使用过任何有关ADHD的药物； （5）基本的沟通能力和正常的视力、听力。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 6-12 years, regardless of gender; and (2) Diagnosis of ADHD according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); (3) Wechsler scale score >80; (4) No use of any medication related to ADHD in the last three months; (5) Basic communication skills and normal vision and hearing.

排除标准：

（1）癫痫发作或头部创伤史； （2）有慢性躯体疾病及精神疾病； （3）神经系统疾病、遗传性疾病或重大疾病诊断； （4）除了学校的体育活动外，近3个月有规律的体育活动； （5）受试者本人或者法定监护人不同意参与本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of seizures or head trauma; (2) Chronic physical and mental illness; (3) A diagnosis of neurological disease, hereditary disease, or major medical condition; (4) Regular physical activity in the last 3 months in addition to school-based physical activity; (5) The subject himself/herself or legal guardian does not agree to participate in this trial.
