利?患者来源的头颈部肿物组织在体外进?体内?模拟度的三维培养，形成体外肿瘤微结构组织并进?相关治疗药物和治疗?案的疗效研究，构建头颈部肿物类器官与药物疗效和治疗?案效果信息平台，利?该平台探索头颈部肿物个体化医学。  

Objectives of Study：

To carry out high-simulation three-dimensional culture in vitro using patient-derived head and neck tumor, form tumor microstructure tissue in vitro, conduct research on the efficacy of related therapeutic drugs and treatment plans, construct head and neck tumor organoids and information on the efficacy of drugs and treatment plans and use this platform to explore individualized medicine for head and neck tumor.

纳入标准：

1)自愿签署知情同意书。 2)年龄≥18、性别不限。 3)ECOG评分：0～4分。 4)受试者依从性好，能够遵守与学习相关的程序，能够并愿意完成有关其环境/职业暴露和吸烟/饮酒史的问卷调查。 5)任何亚型及分期的头颈部肿瘤患者。 6)原发灶或转移灶可获得手术组织或足够的活检组织，可获得培养所需肿瘤组织标本。 7)预期寿命不少于12 周。 8)主要脏器功能正常，心、肝、肾及骨髓造血功能良好。

Inclusion criteria

Sign the informed consent voluntarily. Age≥18, gender is not limited. ECOG score: 0-4 points. The subjects have good compliance, can comply with the procedures related to learning, and are able and willing to complete the questionnaire surveys related to their environmental/occupational exposure and smoking/drinking history. Any patient with head and neck cancer of any subtype and stage. Primary or metastatic lesions can obtain surgical tissue or sufficient biopsy tissue, which can provide tumor tissue samples for culture. Life expectancy is not less than 12 weeks. The main organs function normally, and the heart, liver, kidney, and bone marrow hematopoietic functions are good.

排除标准：

1)未满18岁。 2)严重神经或精神障碍病史，包括癫痫发作或痴呆，身体或精神上无能力或无能力签署知情同意书，无法给予知情同意（语言、智力等）。 3)拒绝参加。 4)无法获取活检和/或手术、胸水、腹水、心包积液及脑脊液等样本。 5)没有足够的头颈部肿瘤组织进行组织学分析或剩余的头颈部肿瘤组织不足以进行常规病理学分析。 6)对抗肿瘤治疗药物过敏或存在手术禁忌症无法接受任何抗肿瘤治疗的。 7)入选前 5 年内有任何其他临床活动性恶性肿瘤病史 8)根据主治医师的判断，患者将无法满足研究的要求。 9)严重的肝病、心血管疾病、肾脏疾病、呼吸系统疾病、血液系统疾病或失控的糖尿病。 10)HIV患者。 11)孕期和哺乳期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Those under 18 years old. 2) History of severe neurological or psychiatric disorders, including seizures or dementia, physical or mental incapacity or inability to sign informed consent, and inability to give informed consent (language, intelligence, etc.). 3)Refusal to participate. 4)It is impossible to obtain samples such as biopsy and/or surgery, pleural effusion, ascites, pericardial effusion, and cerebrospinal fluid. 5)There is not enough head and neck tumor tissue for histological analysis or the remaining head and neck tumor tissue is not sufficient for routine pathological analysis. 6)Those who are allergic to anti-tumor drugs or have surgical contraindications and cannot receive any anti-tumor treatment. 7)Any other history of clinically active malignant tumor within the first 5 years of enrollment 8)According to the attending physician's judgment, the patient will not be able to meet the requirements of the study. 9)Serious liver disease, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, respiratory system disease, blood system disease or out of control diabetes. 10)HIV patients. 11)Pregnant and lactating patients.
