研究目的:

1 探讨流产的影响因素,包括生理、心理、个人、家庭、社会、文化因素。 2 分析RSA孕妇血浆miR-21, PTEN表达情况,揭示miR-21的表达差异与RSA的发生是否存在相关性。 3 探讨“PTEN/miR-21-PTEN”致滋养细胞侵袭障碍的新途径和调控新机制。 4 探明PTEN与下游分子间的靶向关系,进一步完善miR-21-PTEN通路调控RSA滋养细胞侵袭的分子机制。 5 明确miR-21作为RSA预测与评估的分子标志物的临床应用价值,并为抗胎盘浅着床治疗RSA的药物研发提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Exploring the influencing factors of miscarriage, including physiological, psychological, personal, family, social, and cultural factors. 2. Analyze the expression of miR-21 and PTEN in the plasma of pregnant women with RSA, and reveal whether there is a correlation between the differential expression of miR-21 and the occurrence of RSA. 3. Explore the new pathways and regulatory mechanisms of "PTEN/miR-21-PTEN" induced invasion disorders of trophoblasts. 4. Explore the targeted relationship between PTEN and downstream molecules, and further improve the molecular mechanism of miR-21-PTEN pathway regulating RSA trophoblast invasion. 5. Clarify the clinical application value of miR-21 as a molecular marker for predicting and evaluating RSA, and provide scientific basis for drug development of anti placental superficial implantation therapy for RSA.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.符合我国2020年自然流产诊治专家共识中关于复发性流产的相关诊断,且均经临床及影像检查明确诊断; 2.有1次以上自然流产经历; 3.依从性良好; 4.夫妻双方染色体核型正常; 5.年龄>18周岁,<35周岁; 6.对本研究知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. It conforms to the relevant diagnosis of RSA in the 2020 consensus of experts on the diagnosis and treatment of natural abortion in China, and has been clearly diagnosed through clinical and imaging examinations; 2. Have experienced more than one spontaneous abortion; 3. Good compliance; 4. Both spouses have normal chromosome karyotypes; 5. Age>18 years old,<35 years old; 6. Informed consent for this study.

排除标准:

1.由于感染、免疫相关的原因而导致复发性流产者; 2.伴有自身免疫性疾病及梅毒、艾滋病、乙肝传染性疾病者; 3.宫颈功能不全者; 4.非自然受孕者; 5. 心、肝、肾等重要器官严重病变等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. RSA caused by infection or immune related reasons; 2. People with autoimmune diseases, syphilis, AIDS, hepatitis B infectious diseases; 3. Patients with cervical dysfunction; 4. Non natural conception; 5. Severe lesions in important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys.
