研究目的：

建立并验证老年患者术后肺部并发症的预测模型，比较使用预测模型前后的老年患者术后肺部并发症的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish and validate a predictive model for postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients and compare the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in elderly patients before and after using the predictive model

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1、≥65岁的患者; 2、在全麻机械通气下进行手术的患者

Inclusion criteria

1 Patients over 65 years old ;2. Patients who perform surgery under general anesthesia mechanical ventilation.

排除标准：

1、术前机械通气的患者 ;2、进行与既往手术并发症有关的手术的患者;3、在术后七天内再次进行全麻手术的患者 ;4、器官移植患者 ; 5、术后24小时内出院的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1 Patients with mechanical ventilation before surgery; 2. Patients with surgery related to previous surgery complications.;3 Patients with general anesthesia surgery within seven days after surgery; 4 Organ transplant patients; 5 Patients who discharged within 24 hours after surgery
