研究目的：

通过观察两组患者临床中医症候表现及相关指标，证实滋阴清骨丸治疗阴虚内热型脊柱结核患者的临床疗效；同时运用非靶向代谢组学技术，检测两组患者血浆代谢物水平的变化，筛选潜在的差异代谢物并分析代谢通路，为临床广泛推广应用及进一步研发奠定基础，为中医药治疗阴虚内热型脊柱结核进一步提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical efficacy of Zi Yin Qing Bone Pills in the treatment of spinal tuberculosis patients with yin deficiency and internal heat was confirmed by observing the clinical symptoms and relevant indicators of the two groups of patients; at the same time, non-targeted metabolomics technology was used to detect the changes in the plasma metabolite levels of the two groups of patients, to screen for the potential differences in metabolite levels and analyse the metabolic pathways, so as to provide the foundation for the wide promotion of the application of the clinical practice and for the further research and development of the treatment of spinal tuberculosis of the type of yin deficiency and internal heat in traditional Chinese medicine, and to provide further theoretical basis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合西医诊断、中医诊断标准及中医证型； (2)年龄18-65岁； (3)知晓研究过程中一切可能风险及受益，并签署知情同意书； (4)能配合完成各项评分及相关检测； (5)能耐受口服受试药物，患者能很好的配合本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Comply with Western medicine diagnosis, Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria and Chinese medicine evidence; (2) Age 18-65 years old; (3) Be aware of all possible risks and benefits during the study and sign the informed consent form; (4) Be able to co-operate in completing the scores and related tests; (5) Able to tolerate oral administration of the subject medication, and the patient can cooperate well with this study.

排除标准：

(1)不符合中西医诊断标准且不符合阴虚内热证型； (2)年龄<18岁；年龄>65岁； (3)合并其他严重基础疾病等； (4)哺乳期或妊娠妇女； (5)患有其他脊柱疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Does not meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine and does not meet the Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome; (2) Age <18 years; age >65 years; (3) Combination of other serious underlying diseases, etc; (4) Lactating or pregnant women; (5) Suffering from other spinal disorders.
