研究目的：

本研究旨于探讨将互联网移动APP为媒介开展歌唱疗法对COPD稳定期患者的应用效果，以期通过本研究进一步进行歌唱疗法的疗效验证，并突破传统护理模式，丰富“互联网+”护理的实证研究。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the application effect of Internet mobile APP in singing therapy for COPD patients in stable stage, in order to further validate the efficacy of singing therapy through this study, break through the traditional nursing model, and enrich the empirical research of "Internet +" nursing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1．符合COPD诊断标准； 2．年龄40～75周岁； 3．处于疾病稳定期，且过去4周内未发生急性加重； 4．意识清楚，无肢体功能障碍、精神神经疾病病史； 5. 阅读能力及语言表达能力尚可，沟通无障碍者； 6. 使用智能手机及APP功能无障碍者； 7．自愿参加本试验，愿意接受随访，并签署本试验的知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of COPD; 2. Age 40 ~ 75 years old; 3. Stable disease with no acute exacerbation in the past 4 weeks; 4. Clear consciousness, no physical dysfunction, psychiatric disease history; 5. Reading ability and language expression ability are reasonable, and communication is not difficult; 6. Those who can use smart phones and APP functions without obstacles; 7. Volunteers to participate in this experiment, willing to accept follow-up, and sign the informed consent of this experiment.

排除标准：

1．合并有肺癌、支气管哮喘、支气管扩张、肺结核等COPD外的其他呼吸系统疾病者； 2．严重的代谢性疾病、肝肾及造血系统严重障碍者； 3. 需要使用无创机械通气或无法脱离氧气者； 4．正接受物理治疗或其他康复疗法者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with lung cancer, bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, pulmonary tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases other than COPD; 2. Severe metabolic diseases, severe disorders of liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. Need to use non-invasive mechanical ventilation or can not be removed from oxygen; 4. People undergoing physical therapy or other rehabilitation therapy.
