研究目的：

本研究拟通过一项随机对照试验，探索及验证新的自检模式“同伴传带模式”在MSM中传递自检试剂的效果，为我国运用新模式推广HIV自检试剂的使用提供有力的参考。本研究主要解决以下三个关键问题：1.比较关键人物和非关键人物传递自检试剂的效率（传递效率、人均传递数、首次检测比例和阳性检测结果比例）差异；2.验证基于社交媒体的同伴传带模式对促进MSM自检和定期自检HIV/梅毒的效果；3.探讨MSM传递自检试剂的效率和传递行为整体网络特征和传播者个体网络特征相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study plans to explore and validate the effectiveness of a new self-testing strategy, the "Peer-Lead" strategy, in the delivery of self-testing reagents in MSM through a randomized controlled trial, in order to provide a strong reference for the promotion of HIV self-testing reagents using the new strategy in China. This study adresses three key scientific questions: 1. Compare the differences in the efficiency of self-testing reagent delivery (efficiency of delivery, number of deliveries per capita, proportion of first-time tests, and proportion of positive test results) between key persons and non-key persons; 2. Validate the effectiveness of the peer-transmission model based on social media in promoting self-testing and regular self-testing for HIV/syphilis among MSM; 3. Explore the efficiency of self-testing reagent delivery and the effectiveness of delivery among MSM; 4. Explore the effectiveness of self-testing reagent delivery and the effectiveness of the peer-transmission model based on social media. correlation between overall network characteristics of behavior and individual network characteristics of transmitters.

纳入标准：

1.成年男性（＞=18岁）； 2.过去6个月，与同性发生过肛交性行为； 3.拥有并长期使用手机； 4.同意提供个人基本信息、性行为信息和HIV/STI检测和诊疗信息，同意提供生物样本以供检测HIV/STI； 5.未来12个月居住在深圳地区； 6.愿意参与本研究并留下个人联系方式以供研究人员随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult male (> = 18 years old); 2. Have had anal sex with men in the past 6 month; 3. Own and use a cell phone for a long period of time; 4. Agree to provide basic personal information, information on sexual behavior and information on HIV/STI testing and treatment, and agree to provide biological samples for HIV/STI testing; 5. Reside in Shenzhen for the next 12 months; 6. Willing to participate in this study and leave personal contact information for follow-up by researchers.
