研究目的：

1.评价社区获得性肺炎患儿在西医常规治疗基础上加入小儿清热宣肺贴膏治疗，能否有效加速患儿疾病痊愈，加快肺部啰音消失； 2.观察社区获得性肺炎患儿在西医常规治疗基础上加入小儿清热宣肺贴膏治疗，能否有效改善患儿生活质量； 3.探索小儿清热宣肺贴膏在真实医疗环境治疗中效果异质性，包括不同年龄、不同的病原体感染、不同严重程度、不同时间干预、不同治疗方案等，为优化小儿清热宣肺贴膏用药方案提供临床人用经验； 4.观察在广泛使用条件下小儿清热宣肺贴膏的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether the treatment of children with community-acquired pneumonia with Qingrexuan lung paste on the basis of conventional treatment of western medicine can effectively accelerate the recovery of children's disease and accelerate the disappearance of lung rales; Observe whether children with community acquired pneumonia can be treated with the conventional treatment of western medicine and add clear clear lung paste to effectively improve the quality of life of children; Explore the heterogeneity of the effect of pediatric Qingrexuan lung paste in the real medical environment, including different ages, different pathogen infection, different severity of different degrees, different time intervention, different treatment plans, etc., to provide clinical human experience for optimizing the medication regimen of Qingrexuan lung paste in children; Observe the safety of heat-cold lung paste in children under widely used conditions.
