研究目的：

（1）探究急性心肌梗死患者在疾病不同阶段疾病进展恐惧特征及其影响因素（2）采用潜变量增长混合模型分析急性心肌梗死患者疾病不同阶段疾病进展恐惧的特征及变化轨迹（3）为研究者及临床工作者深入探究急性心肌梗死患者疾病不同阶段疾病进展恐惧的特征及变化轨迹，发展精准化、个体化、动态式的干预措施提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Exploring the characteristics and influencing factors of fear of disease progression in patients with acute myocardial infarction at different stages of the disease (2) Using a latent variable growth mixed model to analyze the characteristics and trajectory of fear of disease progression in patients with acute myocardial infarction at different stages of the disease (3) To provide researchers and clinical workers with in-depth exploration of the characteristics and trajectory of fear of disease progression in patients with acute myocardial infarction at different stages of the disease, and to develop precision, individualization Dynamic intervention measures provide reference.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中华心血管学会制定的 AMI 诊断标准，首次发作；②已完成介入手术；③病情稳定；④意识清晰，无精神疾病。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the diagnostic criteria for AMI established by the Chinese Cardiovascular Association, with the first episode; ② Interventional surgery has been completed; ③ Stable condition; ④ Clear consciousness and no mental illness.

排除标准：

①合并严重并发症，如重度心力衰竭、休克及其他心血管以外疾病，如严重的肺气肿、恶性肿瘤等；②既往有精神病史者及严重创伤史者；③无法正常语言沟通者；④半年内有参与其他心理治疗项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Concomitant serious complications, such as severe heart failure, shock, and other non cardiovascular diseases, such as severe emphysema, malignant tumors, etc.; ② Individuals with a history of mental illness or severe trauma; ③ Individuals who are unable to communicate with normal language; ④ Individuals who have participated in other psychotherapy programs within six months.
