研究目的:

探究低频脉冲磁场可否对人体骨骼肌局部肌力产生影响,并作为一种全新的肌力增强辅助技术应用在运动训练领域。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of low frequency pulsed magnetic field on the local muscle strength of human skeletal muscle, and to apply it as a new auxiliary technique of muscle strength enhancement in the field of sports training.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

身体健康状况良好,学习生活规律,近6个月无腰颈椎关节损伤、无磁眩晕史,无抗生素服药史,无体内植入式心脏起搏器、支架、金属异物等易受磁场影响设备.

Inclusion criteria

Good physical health, learning and living rules, no lumbar and cervical joint injury, no history of magnetic vertigo, no history of taking antibiotics, no implantable artificial pacemaker, stents, metallic foreign bodies or other devices susceptible to magnetic fields.

排除标准:

近6个月腰颈椎关节损伤、磁眩晕史,抗生素服药史,体内植入式心脏起搏器、支架、金属异物等易受磁场影响设备.

Exclusion criteria:

In the last 6 months, the subjects had a history of lumbar and cervical joint injury, magnetic vertigo, antibiotics, implanted artificial pacemaker, stent and metal foreign body.

随机数字表法 受试分组采用整群抽样的方式,抽样手段上使用随机数字表法进行,在抽样前确定好随机抽样群体,并进行初步调研分析。在试样受试量的选取方面,采用G-POWER样本量估算软件考虑实验结果的预期并输入相应效应量与置信区间作为测算依据进行计算。

Random number table method The subjects were grouped by cluster sampling, and the method of random number table was used.
