研究目的：

观察艾司氯胺酮预处理对小儿隐匿性阴茎矫治术后早期不良行为发生的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of esketamine pretreatment on early negative postoperative behavioural occurrence after pediatric concealed penis correction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄2~10岁男性隐匿性阴茎患儿； ②ASA I～II 级； ③拟行隐匿性阴茎矫治术的患儿。

Inclusion criteria

①Male children with occult penis aged 2 to 10years; ②ASA class I to II; ③Children who are proposed to have occult penile orthopedic surgery.

排除标准：

①智力障碍及发育迟缓者，或有神经或认知功能障碍者； ②合并其他重要器官脏器疾患者； ③手术时间长于1小时的病情复杂患者； ④患儿家长拒绝者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with mental retardation and developmental delay, or neurological or cognitive dysfunction; ②Patients with combined other important organ diseases; ③Patients with complicated conditions whose operation time is longer than 1hour; ④Patients whose parents refuse.
