研究目的:

本项目拟通过高通量蛋白微阵列芯片技术对特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)女孩的血清进行检测。分析ICPP女孩与不完全性性早熟女孩及正常女孩血清学差异,并用ELISA方法对大样本进行验证。基于筛选出的生物标志物,进一步构建深度学习诊断预测模型,以期为ICPP的早期诊断和预警提供理论和实验基础,并探索其临床应用可能。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to detect the serum of idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP) girls by using high-throughput protein microarray technology. Serological differences between ICPP girls, girls with incomplete precocious puberty and normal girls were analyzed, and large samples were verified by ELISA. Based on the selected biomarkers, a deep learning diagnostic prediction model is further constructed to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the early diagnosis and early warning of ICPP, and to explore its clinical application possibilities.

纳入标准:

① 女孩7.5岁前出现第二性征发育; ② 线性生长加速,年生长速率高于正常儿童; ③ 骨龄超过实际年龄1岁或1岁以上; ④ 性腺增大,盆腔B超显示女孩子宫、卵巢容积增大,且卵巢内可见多个直径>4mm的卵泡; ⑤下丘脑垂体性腺轴启动,血清促性腺激素及性激素达青春期水平。

Inclusion criteria

① Secondary sexual characteristics developed in girls before 7.5 years of age; ② Linear growth acceleration, the annual growth rate is higher than that of normal children; ③ The bone age is 1 or more years older than the actual age; ④ The gonads increased, pelvic B-ultrasound showed that the volume of uterus and ovary increased, and multiple follicles with a diameter of > 4mm could be seen in the ovaries; ⑤ The hypothalamic-pituitary gonadal axis is activated, and the serum gonadotropin and sex hormone reach adolescent levels.

排除标准:

① 肥胖,下丘脑-垂体先天畸形,肿瘤,McCune Albright综合征,感染,浸润性和炎性疾病以及医源性或创伤性损伤; ②其他类型的异常生长发育,包括特纳综合征,甲状腺功能减退等; ③以及以前或当前使用其他药物的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

① Obesity, hypothalamic-pituitary congenital malformations, tumors, McCune Albright syndrome, infections, invasive and inflammatory diseases, and iatrogenic or traumatic injuries; ② Other types of abnormal growth and development, including Turner syndrome, hypothyroidism, etc. ③ Previous or current use of other drugs.
