研究目的：

在这项回顾性队列研究中，我们旨在探讨术前电针预处理对预防骨科手术患者术后恶心呕吐的临床效果，同时探讨术前电针预处理次数对疗效的影响，为临床实践提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this retrospective cohort study, we aimed to investigate the clinical effect of preoperative electroacupuncture pretreatment on preventing nausea and vomiting after surgery in orthopedic surgery patients, and to explore the effect of preoperative electroacupuncture pretreatment on efficacy, so as to provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

每次电针治疗均在病房进行，由成都市第七人民医院中医科专业的针灸师施针。治疗时选择双侧内关+足三里，常规棉签消毒后，按照《中华人民共和国国家标准：经穴部位（GB12346-90）》，取双侧内关穴直刺进针20-25mm，双侧足三里穴直刺进针30-35mm，采用捻转平补平泻的手法，得气后，连接电针治疗仪（翔宇医疗，型号XYD-Ⅱ）治疗。电针仪参数设定为疏密波形，频率2/100Hz，调节电流至患者能接受的最强电流，持续电刺激30min。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Each electroacupuncture treatment is performed in the ward, and acupuncturists specializing in traditional Chinese medicine of Chengdu Seventh People's Hospital administer needles. After conventional cotton swab disinfection, in accordance with the "National Standard of the People's Republic of China: Meridian Point Site (GB12346-90)", take the bilateral Neiguan point and directly pierce the needle 20-25mm, and the bilateral Zusanli point directly into the needle 30-35mm, using the twisting and flattening technique, after getting gas, connect the electroacupuncture treatment instrument (Xiangyu Medical, model XYD-II.) for treatment. The parameters of the electroacupuncture instrument are set to a dense waveform, the frequency is 2/100Hz, the current is adjusted to the strongest current that the patient can accept, and the electrical stimulation is sustained for 30min. 

纳入标准：

（1）2022年3月-2022年7月在我院全麻下行骨科手术治疗的患者；（2）年龄18-85岁；（3）ASA分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who underwent orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital from March 2022 to July 2022; (2) Age 18-85 years old; (3) ASA grade II.~III.

排除标准：

（1）既往行胃切除术或者有严重胃肠道疾病史；（2）缺乏术后恶心呕吐情况的随访资料。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous gastrectomy or history of severe gastrointestinal diseases; (2) Lack of follow-up data on postoperative nausea and vomiting.
