Objectives of Study：

By means of questionnaires, physical examination biochemical data and intestinal flora detection, the psychological and health-related behaviors of Chinese residents were understood, providing a basis for the promotion of the "Healthy China" strategy.

纳入标准：

①年龄≥12岁； ②具有中华人民共和国国籍； ③中国常住人口（年累计出境时间≤1个月）； ④自愿参加研究，填写知情同意书； ⑤可自行完成网络问卷调查或在调查员帮助下完成问卷调查； ⑥了解问卷每个条目所表达的含义。

Inclusion criteria

① ≥12 years old; ②Having the nationality of the People's Republic of China; ③China's permanent resident population (annual cumulative outbound time≤1 month); ④ Volunteer to participate in the study and fill in the informed consent; ⑤ can complete the online questionnaire survey or complete the questionnaire survey with the help of the investigator; ⑥ Understand the meaning of each item in the questionnaire.

排除标准：

①神志不清、精神异常者； ②正在参加其他类似研究课题者； ③不愿合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Individuals with confusion or mental abnormalities; ② Participants in other similar research projects; ③ Unwilling collaborators.

本研究抽样方法采用多层随机抽样。首先将中国23个省和5个自治区、4个直辖市直接纳入，用随机数表法在每个省（自治区、直辖市）的非省会地级行政区中各抽取2-4个城市，共71个城市；随后，用随机数表法在抽取的城市中分别抽取12-24个农村社区共426个、8-16个城镇社区共284个，合计710个社区。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The sampling method used in this study is multi-layer random sampling. Firstly, 23 provinces, 5 autonomous regions, and 4 municipalities directly under the central government of China will be directly included. Using a random number table method, 2-4 cities will be selected from each province (autonomous region, municipality)'s non provincial capital level administrative region, totaling 71 cities; Subsequently, a random number table method was used to select a total of 426 rural communities and 284 urban communities from 12-24 rural communities and 8-16 urban communities in the selected cities, totaling 710 communities.
