研究目的：

肿瘤和肌少症均以“脾病而枢机不利”为发病的共同土壤，立足于二者关乎脾胃的共性病机，进一步探讨肿瘤相关性肌少症的中医防治方案。本项目采用单盲、随机、对照的研究方式，以符合肌少症诊断标准的肿瘤患者为研究对象，设立电针联合营养干预组，单纯营养干预组，对比分析两组的肌肉相关指标，评价两组对肿瘤相关性肌少症的有效性和安全性。紧扣“健脾助运”发挥中医“以证统病，异病同治”的特色优势，破解老年人多病管理的临床难题，提高老年患者的生活质量，为肿瘤相关性肌少症这样的慢病管理提供新的临床路径。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the common pathogenesis of spleen and stomach, tumor and sarcopenia are both common soil. The prevention and treatment of tumor related sarcopenia is further discussed. In this project, tumor patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia were selected as subjects in a single-blind, randomized and controlled study. A combination of electroacupuncture and nutrition intervention group and a simple nutrition intervention group were set up to compare and analyze the muscle-related indicators of the two groups, and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the two groups for tumor-related sarcopenia. Closely follow the "invigorating spleen" to give play to the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine "combining disease with syndrome and treating different diseases together", crack the clinical problems in the management of elderly patients with multiple diseases, improve the quality of life of elderly patients, and provide a new clinical path for the management of chronic diseases such as tumor-related sarcopenia.

纳入标准：

（1）经过病理学检查确诊的肿瘤患者，预计生存周期三个月以上；（2）患者主动活动能力、平衡和协调功能良好；（3）自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with tumor diagnosed by pathological examination are expected to survive for more than three months; (2) The patient had good active activity, balance and coordination; (3) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）肌少症分层中合并功能障碍的肌少症；（2）因心理因素害怕针刺、无法接受针刺治疗者；（3）易发生各类急性并发症。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) sarcopenia with dysfunction in the sarcopenia stratification; (2) Those who are afraid of acupuncture due to psychological factors and cannot accept acupuncture treatment; (3) Prone to various acute complications.

两组患者均采用肿瘤科常规治疗。 参考最新《2016版中国居民膳食指南》，指导受试者按照自身每日能量及各种营养素需要量合理选择食物种类及各种食物摄入量。以标准食物模型向受试者介绍具体食物摄入标准。基本原则为：按照老人的理想体重，以每日能量密度为30Kcal/Kg理想体重供给能量，碳水化合物、蛋白质及脂类占比大约分别为60％,16％(1.2-1.5g/kg.d)和24％进行基础的饮食控制，疗程12周。

Both groups received conventional treatment in the department of oncology. With reference to the latest "2016 Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents", subjects were instructed to rationally select food types and various food intakes according to their daily energy and various nutrient requirements. The subjects were introduced to specific food intake standards using standard food models. The basic principle is: according to the ideal body weight of the elderly, the daily energy density of 30Kcal/Kg ideal body weight for energy supply, carbohydrates, proteins and lipids accounted for about 60%, 16% (1.2-1.5g/kg.d) and 24% of the basic diet control, a course of 12 weeks.

电针疗法：选穴（参考针灸治疗学新世纪第四版）:上肢：臂臑 曲池 合谷，下肢：髀关 梁丘 足三里 阳陵泉 三阴交 。针刺方法：选佳健医疗牌一次性不锈钢针（直径0.25mm;长度40mm），针刺深度15-35mm，得气后接电子针疗仪（华佗牌，型号：SDZ-11），电针选用两组，双侧上肢曲池接正极，下肢足三里接负极；下肢刺激频率：断续波2Hz/100Hz；电流强度：根据患者耐受程度不同，从1mA变化到最大10mA，留针30min。电针治疗将每周进行2次，进行24次针灸治疗，疗程12周。 营养疗法：同单纯营养干预组。

Electroacupuncture therapy: select points (refer to the fourth edition of the new century "Acupuncture therapy") : Upper limbs: Binao, Quchi and Hegu; lower limbs: Biguan, Liangqiu, Zusanli, Yanglingquan and Sanyinjiao. Acupuncture method: Select Jiajian Medical brand disposable stainless steel needle (diameter 0.25mm; Length 40mm), acupuncture depth 15-35mm, connect Quchi with the positive electrode and Zusanli with the negative electrode of electronic needle therapy instrument (Huatuo brand, model: SDZ-11) after Deqi; stimulation frequency: intermittent wave 2Hz; Current intensity: varies from 1mA to a maximum of 10mA according to the patient's tolerance, leaving the needle for 30min. Electroacupuncture treatment will be performed twice a week and 24 acupuncture treatments will be performed for 12 weeks. Nutritional therapy: same as simple nutritional intervention group.
