研究目的：

联合脑电分析和胃肠电信号探索焦虑、抑郁、痴呆、轻度认知功能障碍、癫痫、偏头痛等常见重大神经精神疾病的早期预测因素  

Objectives of Study：

Exploration of Early Predictive Factors for Common Major Neurological and Psychiatric Disorders, such as Anxiety, Depression, Dementia, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Epilepsy, and Migraine, through Combined Analysis of Electroencephalography and Gastrointestinal Electrophysiology Signals

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18岁，男女不限；(2)能准确理解研究者的说明，能独立或在家属帮助下完成各项检查；(3)自愿签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 18 years, both genders; (2) Capable of understanding the researcher's instructions accurately, able to independently complete the various examinations or with assistance from family members; (3) Willing to provide written informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

（1）半年内被诊断为胃炎、胃溃疡等疾病或有腹泻便秘等胃肠不适者；（2）有严重的心肝肾等重大器官功能不全或有糖尿病等代谢性疾病者；（3）在检查前1周服用过任何药物者；（4）研究者判断不适合参加的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Diagnosed with diseases such as gastritis or gastric ulcers within the past six months, or experiencing gastrointestinal discomfort such as diarrhea or constipation; (2) Severe dysfunction of major organs such as heart, liver, and kidneys, or suffering from metabolic diseases such as diabetes; (3) Took any medications in the week prior to the examination; (4) Other conditions as determined unsuitable for participation by the researcher.
