研究目的：

评价分析右美托咪定雾化吸入对急诊颅脑外伤患者术后肺部感染的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate and analyze the effect of nebulized inhalation of dexmedetomidine on postoperative pulmonary infection in emergency craniocerebral patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.选择180例急诊颅脑创伤患者； 2.在全身麻醉下行开颅血肿清除术，术毕带管入ICU继续治疗； 3.年龄18～65岁，ASA分级Ⅱ～Ⅳ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. 180 patients with emergency craniocerebral trauma were selected; 2. Underwent craniotomy and hematoma removal under general anesthesia, and were admitted to ICU with catheter after surgery; 3. The patients aged 18~65 years, ASA grade II-IV.

排除标准：

1.术前肺部感染、肺大泡、气胸、慢性阻塞性肺疾及其他严重呼吸系统疾病、安装有起搏器,自动植入式除颤器等植入式泵和严重心血管疾病； 2.术前胸部CT显示肺不张的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative patients with pulmonary infection, pulmonary bulles, pneumothorax, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other severe respiratory diseases, implantable pumps such as pacemakers and automatic implantable defibrillators, and severe cardiovascular diseases were excluded from the study; 2. Preoperative chest CT showed atelectasis.

Patients meeting the randomization criteria will be given a computer-generated randomization number and randomly assigned to one of three groups in a 1:1 ratio.

盲法：

根据随机数字信息进行盲法，对试验药物和对照药物进行分类和标注。本试验采用双盲设计，使用与试验药物外观相同的安慰剂，生理盐水。患者的临床管理和数据收集按顺序编号，并由未直接参与的医务人员披露。

Blinding：

Trial and control drugs were classified and labeled in a blinded manner based on random number information. The trial had a double-blind design with the use of placebo, saline, that was identical in appearance to the trial drug. Clinical management of patients and data collection were sequentially numbered and disclosed by medical staff not directly involved.
