研究目的：

调查新疆喀什地区胃镜检查患者中分离的幽门螺旋杆菌（Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori）对常见的九种临床H.pylori根除治疗常用抗生素（甲硝唑、呋喃唑酮、阿莫西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、克拉霉素、红霉素、左氧氟沙星、四环素、多西环素）的耐药现状，并根据耐药性的情况进行头孢他美、头孢曲松、头孢呋辛、庆大霉素、阿奇霉素、利福平、利福布汀等抗生素的药敏检测。研究受试者临床剩余血清、尿液、粪便等标本中相关代谢产物指标变化。为临床选择H.pylori根除治疗方案提供依据，指导临床用药，达到更高的根除率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the response of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) isolated from gastroscopy patients in Kashgar, Xinjiang to nine common antibiotics commonly used for clinical H.pylori eradication treatment (metronidazole, furazolidone, amoxicillin, amoxicillin/ct (retinoic acid, clarithromycin, erythromycin, levofloxacin, tetracycline, doxycycline) resistance status, and based on the resistance status of ceftazidime, ceftriaxone, cefuroxime, gentamicin, Drug susceptibility testing of antibiotics such as azithromycin, rifampicin, and rifabutin. Study the changes in related metabolite indicators in clinical remaining serum, urine, feces and other samples of subjects. It provides a basis for clinical selection of H.pylori eradication treatment options, guides clinical medication, and achieves a higher eradication rate.

纳入标准：

1.于喀什地区第一人民医院消化内镜中心做胃镜检查，符合下列3条中的任意1条：①内镜下表现属于H.pylori感染；②既往呼气试验阳性结果；③内镜下快速尿激酶实验阳性。 2.受试者或其监护人能够理解试验目的，愿意配合，自愿参加试验并签署书面的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Have a gastroscopy at the Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Center of the First People’s Hospital of Kashgar, and meet any one of the following three conditions: ① Endoscopic manifestations belong to H. pylori infection; ② Previous positive breath test results; ③ Endoscopic findings Rapid urokinase test was positive. 2. The subjects or their guardians can understand the purpose of the trial, are willing to cooperate, voluntarily participate in the trial and sign a written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.2周内服用过抗生素、铋剂、H2RA、PPI、激素、非甾体类抗炎药、抗血小板药的患者。 2.有严重心、脑、肝、肾、肺病史患者。 3.受试者1月内参加过其他器械、药物或生物研究。 4.研究者认为不适合参加试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have taken antibiotics, bismuth, H2RA, PPI, hormones, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and antiplatelet drugs within 2 weeks. 2. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, and lung diseases. 3. The subject has participated in other device, drug or biological research within one month. 4. Those who the researcher believes are not suitable to participate in the trial.
