构建辽东地区自然人群血栓性慢性非传染性疾病队列，探索一种人力成本小，应用广泛的队列构建模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a cohort of thrombotic chronic noncommunicable diseases among natural population in eastern Liaoning, and explore a cohort construction model with low labor cost and wide application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）居住于辽东地区一年以上者； 2）年龄大于18岁，有自主行为能力者； 3）符合检后随访和干预监测的慢性病（包括动脉血栓性疾病、静脉血栓性疾病、微血管血栓），且信息完整。

Inclusion criteria

1) Residing in Liaodong for more than one year; 2) those who are over 18 years old and have the ability to act independently; 3) Chronic diseases (including arterial thrombotic diseases, venous thrombotic diseases and microvascular thrombosis) that meet the requirements of post-examination follow-up and intervention monitoring, and the information is complete.

排除标准：

1）患有基因遗传性疾病； 2）未经药物控制的严重精神疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1) suffering from genetic inherited diseases; 2) Severe mental illness not controlled by medication;
