研究目的：

1.探讨脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱产生的超声声像图特征，与临床资料作对照，找到影响超声声像图表现的独立危险因素，并评估超声声像图特征与脊髓损伤严重程度的相关性。 2.研究超声参数：膀胱容量、膀胱重量、逼尿肌厚度（Detrusor wall thickness，DWT）、膀胱壁厚度（Bladder wall thickness，BWT）及残余尿量与脊髓损伤严重程度的相关性，从这些超声参数中找到适合评估脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱严重程度的参数。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury, compare with clinical data, find independent risk factors affecting the ultrasonographic manifestations, and evaluate the correlation between ultrasonographic characteristics and the severity of spinal cord injury. 2. Study ultrasonic parameters: Correlation of Bladder volume, bladder weight, Detrusor wall thickness (DWT), Bladder wall thickness (BWT) and residual urine volume with severity of spinal cord injury. From these ultrasound parameters, parameters suitable for evaluating the severity of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury were found.

纳入标准：

来我院就诊的SCI康复患者或“希望之家”志愿者；经临床证实存在神经源性膀胱功能障碍。

Inclusion criteria

SCI rehabilitation patients or volunteers of "Hope House" who come to our hospital; Neurogenic bladder dysfunction was clinically confirmed.

排除标准：

排除合并有脑卒中、糖尿病、神经障碍疾病（如帕金森病等）、多 发性硬化症、脊柱裂以及已知存在泌尿生殖功能障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with stroke, diabetes, neurological disorders (such as Parkinson's disease), multiple sclerosis, spina bifida, and known urogenital dysfunction were excluded.
