研究目的:

探讨纳米脂肪联合鼠神经生长因子对游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣术后感觉恢复的影响及潜在治疗机制,为促进皮瓣术后感觉恢复提供安全、有效的临床治疗方案及理论基础。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the effect of nano-fat combined with rat nerve growth factor on sensory recovery after free anterolateral femoral perforator flap and its potential therapeutic mechanism, so as to provide a safe and effective clinical treatment and theoretical basis for promoting postoperative sensory recovery of the flap.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.行游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣术后4月。
2.皮瓣与受区未吻合神经。
3.四肢皮肤缺损面积:90-150cm2。
4.年龄18-35岁,BMI:18.5-23.9。
5.皮瓣周围没有明显的瘢痕增生。
6.告知此手术为首次临床应用、有不可预知风险,将取其皮肤、脂肪及其手术相关信息应用于研究并发表,患者及家属同意手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those patients who underwent free anterolateral thigh perforator flap 4 months after operatio.
2. Patients with anastomotic nerve between flap and receiving area.
3. Patients with skin defect area of extremities: 90-150cm2.
4. Age 18 Mel 35 years old, BMI:18.5-23.9.
5. Patients without obvious cicatricial hyperplasia around the flap.
6. Informed that the operation is the first clinical application, there is an unpredictable risk, the skin, fat and related information of the operation will be applied to the study and published, and the patients and their families agree to the operation.

排除标准:

1.重要脏器有病变不能耐受手术的患者。
2.患有造血系或者免疫系统疾病的患者。
3. 过敏体质、瘢痕体质或异常体质的患者。
4.患有精神疾病的患者。
5.处于孕妇哺乳期、月经期、备孕期的患者。
6.受区有感染病灶的患者。
7.患者家属不同意手术的患者。
8.患有周围神经病变、血管疾病、糖尿病、结缔组织疾病的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with pathological changes in important organs can not tolerate surgery.
two. A patient with a hematopoietic or immune system disease.
3. Patients with allergic constitution, scar constitution or abnormal physique.
4. Patients with mental illness.
5. Patients who are in the lactation period, menstruation period and pregnancy preparation period of a pregnant woman.
6. Patients with infected lesions in the recipient area.
7. Patients whose family members do not agree with the operation.
8. Patients with peripheral neuropathy, vascular disease, diabetes, connective tissue disease.

招募游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣术后4进行皮瓣修薄手术的患者22人,将皮瓣以长轴方向一分为二,则实验样本有44份皮瓣,由实验员A分为四组:纳米脂肪联合鼠神经生长因子组(N=11)、纳米脂肪组(N=11)、鼠神经生长因子组(N=11)、生理盐水组(N=11),每患者中的两部分皮瓣不为同一组.
