研究目的：

本研究拟以接纳承诺疗法作为干预方式，检验接纳承诺疗法对神经质人格倾向乳腺癌患者创伤后应激障碍症状、社会支持、应对方式、自我效能和神经质人格水平的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to test the effectiveness of acceptance commitment therapy as an intervention on PTSD symptoms, social support, coping styles, self-efficacy, and neurotic personality levels in breast cancer patients with neurotic personality tendencies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合乳腺癌诊断标准；②年龄≥18岁；③创伤后应激障碍清单-平民版得分≥38分；④艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版-神经质分量表的标准分>=56.7分；⑤能理解知情同意和相关研究内容。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria for breast cancer; ② Age ≥18 years; ③ Score ≥38 on the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Inventory-Civilian Version; ④ Score of The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Short Form Scale, Chinese Version-Neuroticism subscale >= 56.7; ⑤ Able to understand the informed consent and the related study content.

排除标准：

①病情危重无法参与研究；②共患其他严重躯体疾病；③共病其他严重性精神疾病；④精神发育迟滞、存在智能障碍的患者；⑤同时接受其他相关心理干预者。

Exclusion criteria：

①critically ill and unable to participate in the study; ②co-morbid with other serious physical diseases; ③ co-morbid with other serious mental illnesses; ④ patients with mental retardation and intellectual disabilities; ⑤concurrently undergoing other related psychological interventions.
