研究目的：

通过对老年患者骨科手术前整体状态的的系统评估，建立老年骨科手术风险识别与预测模型，为医生判断高龄虚弱患者是否可行择期手术，以及围术期老年患者综合管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the systematic assessment of the overall state of elderly patients before orthopedic surgery, the risk identification and prediction model of orthopedic surgery for the elderly was established. It is expected that this model will provide a reference for doctors to decide whether the feasible elderly patients can withstand orthopedic surgery, and also provide evidences for comprehensive management of elderly patients in perioperative period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

即将进入骨科手术的老年患者，年龄 ≥ 60岁。患者手术类型包含髋关节置换术，膝关节置换术，脊柱压缩性骨折，四肢骨折及其他骨关节手术等

Inclusion criteria

Elderly patients about to undergo orthopedic surgery, ≥ 60 years of age. The types of surgery included hip replacement, knee replacement, spinal compression fractures, limb fractures, and other bone and joint surgeries

排除标准：

①不符合上述手术前诊断标准者； ②多处骨折伴大脑或心脏、肾脏等脏器严重衰竭或生命垂危需要急诊手术患者；③在近1个月内进行过大型手术的患者；④合并有严重内科基础疾病或精神疾病以致于不能很好地执行管理计划的患者

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who do not meet the above pre-operative diagnostic criteria; ② Patients with multiple fractures and severe failure of brain, heart, kidney or other organs, or life-threatening patients requiring emergency surgery; ③ Patients who have undergone major surgery within the last 1 month; Patients with serious underlying medical or mental illness who are unable to perform the management plan well
