研究目的:

观察肌电驱动外骨骼机械手对正中神经损伤患者的临床疗效,评价治疗的有效性和必要性,为正中神经损伤后的促进神经再生和功能恢复提供新的治疗思路和方法,并进一步探究皮质重塑机制,弥补现有研究的不足。  

Objectives of Study:

To observe the clinical efficacy of myoelectrically driven exoskeleton manipulator on patients with median nerve injury, to evaluate the effectiveness and necessity of the treatment, to provide new therapeutic ideas and methods for the promotion of nerve regeneration and functional recovery after median nerve injury, and to further explore the mechanism of cortical remodeling to make up for the shortcomings of existing studies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 上肢外伤后2-3个月; 2. 行肌电图检查明确神经损伤; 3. 手术探查或超声检查无明确神经断裂; 4. 行超声检查无明显神经卡压。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with upper extremity trauma for 2-3 months; 2. Patients with nerve injury identified by electromyography; 3. With no definite nerve fracture was found in surgical exploration or ultrasonic examination; 4. Ultrasonic examination showed no obvious nerve compression.

排除标准:

1. 心、肺、脑、肝和肾等主要脏器有疾病者(如:心力衰竭及心脏病急性期、急慢性肝炎、急慢性肾炎、脑卒中急性期、肺结核、哮喘、慢性支气管炎、重度贫血症等); 2. 近期(1年内)患有代谢性疾病(如甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减少和浮肿)等; 3. 身体残疾、肢体畸形者; 4. 急性病患者在近期内(1月内)曾经患过高烧、腹泻等急性病,目前体力尚未恢复者; 5. 近半年内肢体或关节有过骨折或脱位现象者; 6. 病人既往电刺激或接受专业运动训练; 7. 电刺激过敏病史; 8. 体内起搏器。

Exclusion criteria:

1. With heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and other major organ diseases (such as: heart failure and acute stage of heart disease, acute and chronic hepatitis, acute and chronic nephritis, acute stage of stroke, tuberculosis, asthma, chronic bronchitis, severe anemia, etc.); 2. With recent (within 1 year) metabolic diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and edema); 3. Persons with physical disability or limb deformity; 4. Patients with acute diseases who have suffered from high fever, diarrhea and other acute diseases in the near future (within 1 month) and have not recovered their physical strength at present; 5. With fractures or dislocations of limbs or joints within the last six months; 6. The patient has previous electrical stimulation or received professional sports training; 7. With history of allergic reaction to electric stimulation; 8. With pacemaker in body.

采用随机数字表法,编制随机分配表,由李瑞馨产生60个随机数,分别代表第1个人、第2个人...第60个人,将入组序号,随机数字列入表中,然后将患者得到的随机数从小到大排序,按这个排序连续取4次15人作为一组,随后将分组标识分布列入表中。 然后由褚晓蕾负责试验分组,李瑞馨并不参与受试者的纳入。课题负责人,课题参与者和数据分析者三人每人一份随机量表。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

Using the random number table method, the preparation of the random distribution table, by Li Ruixin generated 60 random numbers, respectively, representing the first person, the second person... the 60th person, the entry serial number, random numbers included in the table, and then the patient will get the random number from small to large order, according to this ordering to take four consecutive times 15 people as a group, followed by the distribution of the grouping identification included in the table. Then Chu Xiaolei was responsible for the trial grouping, and Li Ruixin was not involved in the inclusion of subjects. There was one randomization scale for each of the three persons, the subject leader, the subject participant and the data analyzer.
