研究目的：

1.基于重症超声方案，测量不同海拔地区健康新生儿肺部超声相关参数、大脑血流动力和基础心功能参数，构建心、肺、脑一体化超声数据库； 2.根据上述数据库，绘制心、肺、脑相关测量值的参数值图谱； 3.通过该数据库及参考值图谱，构建识别危重新生儿的智能诊疗系统。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Based on the severe ultrasound protocol, measure the lung ultrasound related parameters, cerebral hemodynamics, and basic cardiac function parameters of healthy newborns at different altitudes, and construct an integrated ultrasound database of heart, lung, and brain; 2.Based on the above database, draw a parameter map of heart, lung, and brain related measurement values; 3.Build an intelligent diagnosis and treatment system for identifying critically ill newborns through this database and reference value graph.

纳入标准：

健康新生儿纳入标准（满足以下所有条件）： 1.母亲孕期生活在不同海拔地区时间超过3月； 2.出生胎龄＞36周的早产儿或足月新生儿； 3.纳入日龄在生后24小时以内； 4.生命体征正常(心率110至180次/min，呼吸频率30至60次/min，体温36.5至37.5°C； 5.没有因任何原因而收入院者； 6.法定监护人知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for healthy newborns (meeting all of the following conditions): 1. The mother lived at different altitudes for more than three months during pregnancy; 2. Premature or full-term newborns with a gestational age greater than 36 weeks; 3. Inclusion within 24 hours after birth; 4. Normal vital signs (heart rate 110 to 180 beats/min, respiratory rate 30 to 60 beats/min, body temperature 36.5 to 37.5 ° C); 5. Those who have not been admitted to the hospital for any reason; 6. Informed consent of the legal guardian.

排除标准：

1.法定监护人不同意参与本研究； 2.入院后24小时内即出院者； 3.因为其他原因不能在日龄24小时内入组者； 4.合并有其他严重先天性疾病（如：复杂先天性心脏病、基因染色体病、先天性脑发育异常等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The legal guardian does not agree to participate in this study; 2. Those who are discharged within 24 hours after admission; 3. Those who cannot be enrolled within 24 hours of age due to other reasons; 4. Concomitant with other serious congenital diseases (such as complex congenital heart disease, genetic chromosomal disease, congenital brain developmental abnormalities, etc.).
