Explore the impact of wearable exoskeleton robots based on multimodal motion intention recognition on lower limb rehabilitation in patients with subacute stroke. |

纳入标准: |
①患者符合世界卫生组织(WHO)制定的脑卒中诊断标准;②首次发病,经CT或者MRI确诊;③14 days to 60days after stroke onset 脑卒中发病14~60天;④无明显认知和意识障碍。 |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Inclusion criteria |
① The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the World Health Organization (WHO); ② First onset, confirmed by CT or MRI; ③ 14 to 60 days after stroke onset; ④ No obvious cognitive and consciousness barriers. |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
排除标准: |
①双侧损伤bilateral impairment;②小脑及脑干梗死(cerebellar/brain stem strokes);③合并有严重的心血管、内分泌和肿瘤等疾病;④下肢骨折或其他限制下肢运动的骨关节病。 |
||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Exclusion criteria: |
① Bilateral injury; ② Cerebellar/brain stem strokes; ③ Concomitant with severe cardiovascular, endocrine, and tumor diseases; ④ Lower limb fractures or other osteoarthropathy that restricts lower limb movement. |
