研究目的：

探讨外科口罩和N95口罩对COPD患者血压、血氧饱和度、脉率和6分钟步行距离和主观感受的影响，为患者合理佩戴口罩提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of surgical masks and N95 masks on blood pressure, oxygen saturation, pulse rate and 6-minute walking distance and subjective perception of COPD patients, and to provide reference for patients to wear masks reasonably.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1.研究对象在试验前均需要在不戴口罩的情况下休息10分钟（T1）。 2.研究对象被随机分为对照组、外科口罩组、N95口罩组。 3.各组的干预为： 对照组：不戴口罩静坐6分钟（T2）---不戴口罩休息10分钟（T3）---不戴口罩进行6分钟步行试验（T4）； 外科口罩组：戴外科口罩静坐6分钟（T2）---摘口罩口罩休息10分钟（T3）---戴外科口罩进行6分钟步行试验（T4）； N95口罩组：戴N95口罩静坐6分钟（T2）---摘口罩休息10分钟（T3）---戴N95口罩进行6分钟步行试验（T4）； 4.研究者需在T1、T2、T3、T4后立即测量结局指标。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. Participants were required to rest for 10 minutes without wearing a mask before the trial (T1). 2. The subjects were randomly divided into control group, surgical mask group, N95 mask group. 3. The interventions of each group are : Control group : 6 minutes sitting without masks (T2) - 10 minutes rest without masks (T3) - 6-minute walk test without masks (T4); Surgical masks group : 6-minute sit-in with a surgical mask (T2) - 10-minute rest with mask removal (T3) - 6-minute walk test with a surgical mask (T4); N95 mask group : 6-minute sit-in with a N95 mask (T2) - 10-minute rest with mask removal (T3) - 6-minute walk test with a N95 mask (T4); The researchers need to measure the outcome indicators immediately after T1, T2, T3 and T4.  

纳入标准：

①临床上确诊为COPD的患者； ②无相关的运动或神经系统疾病； ③知情同意; ④经相关专业临床医师评估后可以参加本次试验的患者。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients with a clinically confirmed diagnosis of COPD; ②No related motor or nervous system diseases; ③Informed consent; ④Patients who could participate in this trial after evaluation by relevant professional clinicians.

排除标准：

①静息心率>120次/分者； ②收缩压>180mmHg且舒张压>110mmHg者； ③行动不便者； ④孕妇等特殊人群； ⑤有学习和认知障碍，并已被诊断为阿尔茨海默氏症和抑郁症； ⑥患有6分钟步行试验的绝对禁忌证者，如急性感染性疾病等； ⑦过敏体质患者； ⑧声明不愿参与该研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Resting heart rate > 120 beats/min; ②Systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg; ③Those with mobility difficulties; ④Special groups such as pregnant women; ⑤Has learning and cognitive impairment and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer 's disease and depression; ⑥Patients with absolute contraindications for 6-minute walk test, such as acute infectious diseases; ⑦Patients with allergic constitution; ⑧Stated unwilling to participate in the study.

研究者将患者按照进入试验的顺序编号，利用统计软件实现随机分组，每一个编号都对应一种干预方案，研究对象将以1：1：1的比例被分为对照组、外科口罩组和N95口罩组。

The researchers will number the patients in the order in which they enter the trial. Random grouping is achieved using statistical software. Each number corresponds to one intervention protocol. Study subjects will be divided into a control group, a surgical mask group, and an N95 mask group in a 1:1:1 ratio.
