研究目的:

了解 COVID-19 康复者的免疫功能及相关健康和生活方式现况;通过对 COVID-19 康复者进行全谷物主食干预,提高膳食抗炎性,进而改善其机体免疫功能; 探讨肠道微生态在全谷物主食改善机体免疫功能中的作用及其可能的机制。  

Objectives of Study:

Understand the immune function, related health, and lifestyle status of COVID-19 rehabilitation patients; By intervening with whole grain staple foods in COVID-19 rehabilitation patients, the anti-inflammatory properties of the diet can be improved, thereby improving their immune function; Explore the role of gut microbiota in improving immune function of whole grain staple foods and its possible mechanisms.

纳入标准:

在当地居住超过1年 2022年12月以来曾感染COVID-19并治愈 1年内没有出现心脑血管疾病等急性事件

Inclusion criteria

Living locally for over 1 year Has been recovered from COVID-19 since December 2022 No acute events such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within one year

排除标准:

肿瘤患者 自身免疫疾病患者 3个月内服用过抗生素、非甾体抗炎药、抗组胺药或免疫抑制药物 胃肠道功能紊乱患者 纯素食者或由于各种原因不能采取正常饮食者 体质指数(BMI)>30者 持续服用包含多种维生素、鱼油或n-3脂肪酸的营养素补充剂,或者益生菌/益生元类保健食品 正在参与其它与膳食相关的干预项目

Exclusion criteria:

Tumor patients Patients with autoimmune diseases Have taken antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antihistamines, or immunosuppressive drugs within 3 months Patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction Pure vegetarians or those who cannot adopt a normal diet due to various reasons Individuals with a body mass index (BMI) greater than 30 Continuously taking nutrient supplements containing multiple vitamins, fish oil, or n-3 fatty acids, or probiotic/prebiotic health foods Participating in other dietary related intervention projects
