Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of magnetic resonance imaging assisted diagnostic software for neurological disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄≥18 周岁，性别不限。 (2) 同时具有颅脑 MRI-T1WI，T2WI，T2FLAIR 平扫序列影像。 (3) 至少满足以下三种情况之一，即可入选： A.具有肿瘤性病变（胶质瘤、脑膜瘤、或脑实质转移瘤）。 B.具有非肿瘤性病变（脑梗、脑出血、或脑小血管病）。 C.颅内无异常信号。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 18 years old, regardless of gender. (2) Simultaneously possessing MRI T1WI, T2WI, and T2FLAIR plain scan sequence images of the brain. (3) To be selected, at least one of the following three conditions must be met: A. Having a tumor like lesion (glioma, meningioma, or brain parenchymal metastasis). B. Having non neoplastic lesions (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, or cerebrovascular disease). C. There is no abnormal signal in the intracranial region.

排除标准：

(1) 影像不符合 DICOM 标准。 (2) MRI 影像存在严重影响医生阅片和诊断的各种伪影。 (3) T1WI、T2WI 和 T2FLAIR 有序列存在扫描范围不全或缺层的影像。 (4) 术后、放化疗后的头颅 MRI 影像。 (5) 脑部具有除胶质瘤、脑膜瘤、脑实质转移瘤、脑梗、脑出血、脑小血管病之 外的其他病变。 (6) 研究者认为不适合入组。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The image does not comply with DICOM standards. (2) MRI images have various artifacts that seriously affect doctors' reading and diagnosis. (3) T1WI, T2WI, and T2FLAIR have sequences with incomplete scanning range or missing layers. (4) MRI imaging of the head after surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. (5) The brain has other pathological changes except for gliomas, meningiomas, brain parenchymal metastases, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, and cerebrovascular diseases. (6) Researchers believe it is not suitable for enrollment

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

金标准专家组：由 3 人组成，包括 2 名阅片专家和 1 名仲裁专家；每家中心各出 1 名金标准专家。首先由 2 名阅片专家背靠背阅片，结果一致则输出为金标准结果；结果不一致则交由仲裁专家仲裁，做出仲裁结果，该结果作为最终的金标准结果。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Gold standard expert group: composed of 3 people, including 2 film reading experts and 1 arbitration expert; Each center has one gold standard expert. Firstly, two film reading experts will review the film back-to-back, and if the results are consistent, the output will be the gold standard result; If the results are inconsistent, they shall be submitted to arbitration experts for arbitration, and the arbitration result shall be taken as the final gold standard result.
