研究目的：

多维度（心理-社会-精神）识别患者的心理困扰，突破现有研究单一层面识别心理困扰的瓶颈，同时通过潜在类别分析对脑卒中患者的心理困扰进行分类，并使用潜在转变分析全景动态识别患者心理困扰的动态变化轨迹  

Objectives of Study：

Multi-dimensional (psycho-social-mental) identification of patients' psychological distress, breaking through the bottleneck of existing research on identifying psychological distress at a single level, and classifying the psychological distress of stroke patients through potential category analysis. and the panoramic analysis of potential transformation analysis was used to dynamically identify the dynamic track of psychological distress of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经CT或MRI诊断确诊为脑卒中的患者：②年龄为18～64岁；③肌力2~4级；④生命体征平稳，能够理解、配合调查。⑤本人及家长知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Stroke patients diagnosed by CT or MRI : (2) 18-64 years old; (3) muscle strength grade 2-4; (4) vital signs were stable and able to understand and cooperate with the investigation. (5) I and my parents informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

①心、肝、肾等脏器功能严重不全及患有恶性肿瘤；②严重失语、认知功能障碍；③正参与其他研究课题。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) severe insufficiency of heart, liver, kidney and other organs and suffering from malignant tumor; (2) severe aphasia and cognitive impairment; (3) being involved in other research topics.
