研究目的：

引入人工智能影像量化技术及多模态数据融合技术，发掘非阻塞性冠心病人群高危影像特征、中医证候特征、理化特征等临床特征，构建基于多模态的非阻塞性冠心病风险预测模型，为无创精准识别非阻塞性冠心病高危人群提供风险评估工具。  

Objectives of Study：

Introducing artificial intelligence image quantification technology and multimodal data fusion technology exploring clinical features such as high-risk imaging features traditional Chinese medicine syndrome features and physicochemical features of non obstructive coronary heart disease populations and constructing a non obstructive coronary heart disease risk prediction model based on multimodal Chinese and Western medicine providing a risk assessment tool for non-invasive and accurate identification of non obstructive coronary heart disease high-risk populations

纳入标准：

因胸痛症状就诊，疑似冠心病，行 CCTA 检查的患者
入院时符合非阻塞性冠心病诊断标准
行 CCTA 检查时无 ACS 、血运重建或其他心脏手术史
签署知情同意书者

Inclusion criteria

Patients who seek medical attention due to chest pain symptoms suspected of coronary heart disease and undergo CCTA examination
Meets the diagnostic criteria for non obstructive coronary heart disease at admission
No history of ACS, revascularization, or other cardiac surgeries during CCTA examination
Signed informed consent form

排除标准：

临床资料缺失者
CCTA 图像存在严重钙化、伪影及噪声

CCTA images exhibit severe calcification, artifacts, and noise
