纳入标准：

2018年10月至2023年9月之间因各种疾病在重庆医科大学附属第一医院和重庆大学附属肿瘤医院行胰十二指肠切除术的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and the Chongqing University Cancer Hospital for various diseases between October 2018 and September 2023

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁；2.非肝胆胰外科医师；3.合并血液系统疾病；4.术前感染；5.严重数据缺失；6.多器官联合手术；7.术前凝血功能障碍；8.胰腺结核

Exclusion criteria：

1. age less than 18 years; 2. non-hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeon; 3. comorbid haematological disorders; 4. preoperative infections; 5. severe data deficiencies; 6. combined multi-organ surgery; 7. preoperative coagulation disorders; 8. pancreatic tuberculosis
