研究目的：

（1）揭示的脑卒中下肢运动功能障碍的机理，提出一套优于传统方法的康复综合评估方法。 （2）明确常规康复、针灸、功能性电刺激、矫形器对脑卒中下肢运动功能结局的影响。 （3）建立分别针对常规康复、针灸、功能性电刺激和矫形器对脑卒中下肢运动功能结局影响的临床预后模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Revealing the mechanism of lower limb motor dysfunction in stroke, proposing a comprehensive rehabilitation evaluation method that is superior to traditional methods. (2) To clarify the effects of routine rehabilitation, acupuncture and moxibustion, functional electrical stimulation and orthosis on the outcome of lower limb motor function after stroke. (3) To establish a clinical prognosis model for the effects of routine rehabilitation, acupuncture and moxibustion, functional electrical stimulation and orthosis on the outcome of lower limb motor function in stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 首发单一病灶脑卒中后，一侧偏瘫；② 无明显下肢关节畸形，能独立步行10m以上；③ 患侧下肢 Brunnstrom 分期为 Ⅲ— Ⅳ期；④ 患侧下肢 Ashworth 肌张力＜3级；⑤ 能够配合试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① After the first single lesion stroke, hemiplegia on one side; ② No obvious lower limb joint deformities, able to walk independently for more than 10 meters; ③ The Brunnstrom staging of the affected lower limb is stage III-IV; ④ The Ashworth muscle tone of the affected lower limb is less than level 3; ⑤ Able to cooperate with the experiment and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

① 有严重认知功能障碍，简明精神状态检查量表(mini-mental state examination，MMSE)评分≤24分；② 有严重心、肺、 肝、肾等脏器功能不全；③ 有其他影响步行能力及平衡功能的神经肌肉骨骼疾病及前庭系统疾病；④ 有严重的视力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe cognitive impairment, with a concise mental state examination (MMSE) score of ≤ 24 points; ② Severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; ③ Other neuromusculoskeletal diseases and Vestibular system diseases that affect walking ability and balance function; ④ Have serious Visual impairment.
