研究目的：

（1）探索基于穿戴设备的PH 患者评估方法，建立血氧饱和度、6 分钟步行距离、WHO功能分级自我评估与主动测量的监测方法。 （2）基于互联网医院健康管理模式完善PH 患者队列管理，结合常规临床数据及可穿戴设备数据，借助人工智能算法及大数据分析，构建多模态肺高压评估模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore wearable device-based assessment methods for PH patients, establishing self-assessment methods for blood oxygen saturation, 6-minute walking distance, WHO FC, and excercise tolerence. (2) To improve management of PH based on the Internet hospital, by combining conventional clinical data and wearable device data, and using artificial intelligence algorithms and big data analysis to construct a multimodal pulmonary hypertension assessment model.

纳入标准：

? 年龄≥18岁 ? 符合PH诊断标准（经右心导管检查测量肺动脉平均压mPAP≥25mmHg） ? 愿意接受本研究中的智能设备检测 ? 自愿参加并提供知情同意

Inclusion criteria

over 18 years old; meets PH diagnosis, mPAP≥25mmHg by RHC; willing to use wearable devices; provice informed consent.

排除标准：

? 血流动力学不稳定或其他原因需要立即干预 ? 因精神心理原因、肢体残疾等无法正常使用设备的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Instable hymodynamics or other condition that require immediate intervention; Unable to use the devices due to mental and psychological reasons, physical disabilities, etc
