研究目的：

研究妊娠期胆汁淤积症中tRNA及其衍生的tsRNAs(tRF和tiRNA)的表达情况，找到与妊娠期母婴之间的病理生理变化可能存在的关联，使其有可能成为诊断ICP的标记物且能用于指导临床治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

Study the expression of tRNA and its derived tsRNAs (tRF and tiRNA) in gestational cholestasis, identify possible associations with the pathological and physiological changes between mother and infant during pregnancy, and make them possible markers for diagnosing ICP and guiding clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患有ICP的妊娠期妇女（空腹TBA>10μM）； 2.单胎； 3.自然受孕； 4.同意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women with ICP (fasting TBA>10 μ M) ; 2. Single child; 3. Natural conception; 4. Agree to sign an informed consent.

排除标准：

包括：患有高血压、甲状腺疾病、肾脏疾病、妊娠期糖尿病、胎膜早破、早产、先兆子痫、溶血、肝酶升高和低血小板（HELLP）综合征、妊娠期急性脂肪肝、原发性胆汁性肝硬化、病毒性肝炎和任何超声检查可能导致胆道梗阻的异常。

Exclusion criteria：

Including: suffering from hypertension, thyroid disease, kidney disease, gestational diabetes, premature rupture of membranes, preterm delivery, pre eclampsia, hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelet (HELLP) syndrome, acute fatty liver in pregnancy, primary biliary cirrhosis, viral hepatitis, and any abnormalities that may lead to biliary obstruction by ultrasonography.
