研究目的：

1、采用尺骨Z形截骨术治疗儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折，与传统的尺骨斜形截骨术相比较，观察术后截骨端愈合时间以及不愈合/延期愈合发生率，分析对骨愈合的作用。 2、考察尺骨Z形截骨治疗儿童陈旧性孟氏骨折的临床效果及并发症，并评估影响其临床治疗效果及并发症的风险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The Z-shaped ulnar osteotomy will be used to treat chronic Monteggia lesions in children. In comparison to the traditional oblique ulnar osteotomy, we will analyze the healing time and the incidence of non-union or delayed union of the osteotomy site after surgery, and thus the effect on bone healing. 2. To examine the clinical outcomes and complications of Z-shaped ulnar osteotomy for treatment of chronic Monteggia lesions in children and to assess the risk factors affecting the clinical outcomes and complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 陈旧性孟氏骨折； 2) 年龄≤12岁； 3) 外伤史明确，受伤时间≥4周且≤3年； 4) 无前臂手术史； 5) 自愿接受治疗并同意签署

Inclusion criteria

1) Chronic Monteggia lesions; 2) Age ≤ 12 years; 3) Clear history of trauma, ≥ 4 weeks and ≤ 3 years since injury; 4) No history of forearm surgery; 5) Voluntary acceptance of treatment and agreement to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1) 因肿瘤、血液病、感染等所引起的病理性骨折； 2) 患有佝偻病、坏血病、维生素A过多症、维生素D过多症、垂体性侏儒、甲状腺功能低下、甲状旁腺功能低下、假性甲状旁腺功能低下症、成骨不全等代谢性骨病或其它严重综合征需进行药物治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pathological fractures due to tumours, haematological diseases, infections etc.; 2) Patients with metabolic bone diseases such as rickets, scurvy, hypervitaminosis A, hypervitaminosis D, pituitary dwarfism, hypothyroidism, hypoparathyroidism, pseudohypoparathyroidism, osteogenesis imperfecta, or other serious syndromes requiring pharmacological treatment.
