研究目的：

1. 用CD31/laminin/GFAP多重免疫荧光染色方法评估胶质瘤中血管生成拟态数量。 2. 回顾性分析胶质瘤中血管生成拟态的状态和数量与患者年龄、性别、病理分级、分子诊断、复发、肿瘤大小、生存期等临床病理特征的相关性。进而通过相关临床特征以初步判断胶质瘤患者的VM状态，以辅助胶质瘤患者的临床治疗，便于为胶质瘤患者的个体化治疗制定更详细的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the presence of vasculogenic mimicry in gliomas by CD31/laminin/GFAP multiple immunofluorescence staining. 2. Retrospective analysis of the presence and counts of vasculogenic mimicry with the clinicopathologic features as age, sex, pathological grade, molecular diagnosis, recurrence, tumor size and survival in glioma. And then the VM status of glioma patients could be preliminarily estimated by the relevant clinical characteristics, so as to assist their clinical treatment and facilitate to develop a more detailed plan for their individual treatment.

纳入标准：

1 年龄≥18岁且≤80岁。 2 原发的单发脑胶质瘤。 3 可从我院病理科调取到研究对象的石蜡组织切片或石蜡组织芯片标本。

Inclusion criteria

1 Age>=18 years and <= 80 years; 2 Primary single brain gliomas. 3 Paraffin tissue sections or arrays of the subjects can be obtained from the pathology department of our hospital.

排除标准：

1 任何不符合纳入标准的标准，如切除的胶质瘤之外的脑肿瘤组织。 2 临床资料不完整。 3 脊髓胶质瘤。 4 研究人员认为不适合入组的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any criteria that do not meet the inclusion criteria, such as resected brain tumors other than gliomas; 2. Incomplete clinical informations; 3. Spinal cord glioma; 4. Other conditions that researchers consider inappropriate.
