研究目的：

本研究旨在利用双能量CT对急性肺栓塞患者进行CTPA及DEPI扫描，从中提取肺栓塞的定性及定量特征，再结合患者基本资料、实验室标志物、临床危险分层及治疗方法，应用7种机器学习算法（包含Logistic回归(LR)、支持向量机(SVM)、决策树（DT）、随机森林(RF)，随机梯度下降(SGD)，线性判别分析(LDA)、k-最近邻算法（KNN））构建多种预后风险预测模型，应用十折交叉法进行内部验证，筛选出最优预测模型并进行外部验证，在治疗前对急性肺栓塞患者的预后风险进行准确预测评估，为制定更加合理的临床治疗方案提供新的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to use dual-energy CT to perform CTPA and DEPI scans in patients with acute pulmonary embolism, extract qualitative and quantitative features of pulmonary embolism, and combine the basic data of patients, laboratory markers, clinical risk stratification and treatment methods. Seven machine learning algorithms (including Logistic regression (LR), support vector machine (SVM), decision tree (DT), random forest (RF), stochastic gradient descent (SGD), linear discriminant analysis (LDA), k-nearest neighbor algorithm (KNN)) were used to construct a variety of prognostic risk prediction models, and the ten-fold cross method was used for internal verification. To screen out the optimal prediction model and externally validate it, and to accurately predict and evaluate the prognosis risk of patients with acute pulmonary embolism before treatment, so as to provide a new basis for formulating more reasonable clinical treatment plans.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄＞18岁、性别及种族不限； （2）根据2019年欧洲心脏病学会急性肺栓塞诊治指南，确诊的急性肺血栓栓塞； （3）同意签知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age > 18 years old, gender and race were not limited; (2) Acute pulmonary thromboembolism diagnosed according to the 2019 European Society of Cardiology guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute pulmonary embolism ; (3)Those who agree to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1） 所需资料不完整； （2） 影像图像质量不能满足诊断的； （3） 严重肺部实变；充血性心力衰竭和心肌梗死阳性病史，提示心脏储备功能受损；慢性阻塞性肺疾病阳性病史，提示呼吸储备功能受损； （4）除了肺血栓栓塞外的其他类型肺栓塞，如肿瘤栓塞、羊水栓塞、脂肪栓塞及空气栓塞等； （5） 正在参加其他药物临床试验项目，或停止时间小于3个月； （6） 患者不能配合本项目的相关检查，不同意签知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Incomplete information; (2) The image quality can not meet the diagnosis; (3) Severe pulmonary consolidation; A positive history of congestive heart failure and myocardial infarction indicated impaired cardiac reserve function. A positive history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, indicating impaired respiratory reserve function; (4) Other types of pulmonary embolism other than pulmonary thromboembolism, such as tumor embolism, amniotic fluid embolism, fat embolism and air embolism; (5) Participating in other drug clinical trials, or stopping time is less than 3 months; (6) Patients who cannot cooperate with the relevant examination of this project and do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
