借助真核有参转录组测序找寻乌蔹莓软膏治疗肛瘘术后创面的有效靶点，试图论证氧化应激是肛瘘术后创面炎症损伤难以速愈的关键因素，乌蔹莓软膏对其有明显抑制作用，丰富乌蔹莓软膏的愈创机理  

Objectives of Study：

By means of eukaryotic transcriptome sequencing, the effective target of Causonis japonica Cream in the treatment of wounds after anal fistula surgery was sought to demonstrate that oxidative stress is the key factor that makes it difficult to heal wounds after anal fistula surgery, and that Causonis japonica Cream has a significant inhibitory effect on it, enriching the healing mechanism of Causonis japonica Cream

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合符合由2012年中华中医药学会出版的《中医肛肠科常见病诊疗指南》中肛瘘的诊断标准的患者； ②性别不限，年龄在18岁至65岁之间； ③既往无肛瘘及其他肛门外科手术史，且肛门外观及肛管直肠结构及功能完整未破坏； ④自愿受试，同意参加课题研究且签署知情同意书，并能遵循医嘱，坚持术后每天换药。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for anal fistula in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Anorectal Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine published by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2012; ② Gender is not limited, and the age is between 18 and 65 years old; ③ No history of anal fistula or other anal surgery, and the appearance of the anus and the structure and function of the anal canal and rectum were intact; ④ Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent, and follow the doctor's advice, adhere to daily dressing change after surgery.

排除标准：

①合并有肿瘤、结核、糖尿病、营养不良、炎症性肠病、梅毒、艾滋病等影响创面生长或愈合的相关性疾病； ②合并有心脑血管、肝、肾、血液系统等严重疾病； ③妊娠、哺乳期及月经期妇女； ④对本药使用过敏者； ⑤使用其他有可能影响研究结果的药物； ⑥正在参与多课题研究以及不愿加入本研究； ⑦不符合纳入标准，无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断。

Exclusion criteria：

①Complicated with tumor, tuberculosis, diabetes, malnutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, syphilis, AIDS and other diseases affecting wound growth or healing; ② Complicated with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, blood system and other serious diseases; ③ Women during pregnancy, lactation and menstruation; ④ Allergic to the use of this drug; Use of other drugs that may affect the results of the study; ⑥ are participating in multiple research topics and do not want to join this study; ⑦Does not meet the inclusion criteria, can not judge the efficacy or incomplete data affect the efficacy or safety judgment.

患者术后第二日开始，手术创面常规用0.5%碘伏棉球消毒，再取凡士林油纱填塞创面，无菌纱布覆盖固定。每日上午8：00、下午16:00于温水坐浴20min后各进行换药一次，至出院为止。

From the second day after surgery, the wound was routinely disinfected with 0.5% iodophor cotton balls, then the wound was filled with Vaseline gauze and covered with sterile gauze. After 20 minutes of sitting bath in warm water at 8:00 am and 16:00 PM each day, the dressing was changed once until discharge.
