研究目的：

通过病例对照研究血糖控制满意的妊娠期糖尿病患者子代巨大儿与正常对照组子代正常体重之间的胎盘 MtDNA 拷贝数、基因表达水平及甲基化的情况，以此阐述血糖控制满意的妊娠期糖尿病患者子代巨大儿发生原因及机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The causes and mechanisms of placental MtDNA copy number, gene expression level and methylation between the offspring macrosomia of gestational diabetic patients with satisfactory glycemic control and the normal weight of the offspring of normal control group were studied by case control, so as to elucidate the causes and mechanisms of macrosomia in offspring macrosomia of gestational diabetic patients with satisfactory glycemic control.

纳入标准：

孕 37-41+6周，头先露、单胎、有自我血糖监测记录

Inclusion criteria

37-41+6weeks gestation, head presentation, singleton, self-glucose monitoring

排除标准：

新生儿先天畸形、分娩孕周超过 42 周、妊娠并发子宫胎盘功能不全、妊娠期高血压、子痫前期、妊娠期糖尿病、胎盘早剥、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症、母体疾病（如：孕前糖尿病、慢性高血压、心脏病、血液系统疾病、风湿免疫系统疾病）

Exclusion criteria：

Neonatal congenital malformations, delivery >42 weeks' gestational age, pregnancy complicated by uteroplacental insufficiency, gestational hypertension, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, placental abruption, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, maternal disorders (eg, pre-gestational diabetes, chronic hypertension, heart disease, hematologic disorders, rheumatic immune system disorders)
