研究目的：

我们的研究采用了 LASSO 回归、单变量和多变量逻辑回归分析、倾向得分反概率治疗加权等统计学方法，在患者术前检查（包括血糖、尿素、尿酸、总胆汁酸、直接胆红素、血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、造血细胞压积、单核细胞计数、嗜酸性粒细胞计数、嗜酸性粒细胞百分比、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、血小板计数、凝血酶原活动百分比和 D-二聚体）以及患者相关信息（包括入院年份和季节、年龄、性别、婚姻状况、民族、体重指数、工作类型、医疗保险类型、基本生命体征、病史、手术麻醉方式和术后镇痛药物类型。）中找出了 13 个影响 LOS 的影响因素。最终预测模型的良好表现验证了这 13 个 LOS 影响因素的科学性和稳定性。改善这些因素有助于减少关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术患者的 LOS，减轻患者负担，防止医疗资源浪费，优化医疗效率。  

Objectives of Study：

Our study used statistical methods such as LASSO regression, univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses, and propensity score inverse probability of treatment weighting in the preoperative examinations of the patients (including blood glucose, urea, uric acid, total bile acids, direct bilirubin, total plasma proteins, albumin, haematopoietic cell pressures, mononuclear cell counts, eosinophil counts, percentage of eosinophils, plasminogen time, activated partial thromboplastin time, platelet count, percentage of prothrombin activity, and D-dimer) and patient-related information (including year and season of admission, age, gender, marital status, race, body mass index, type of employment, type of health insurance, basic vital signs, medical history, surgical anaesthesia method, and type of postoperative analgesic medication). Thirteen influences on LOS were identified. The good performance of the final prediction model validated the scientific validity and stability of these 13 LOS factors. Improvement of these factors can help reduce LOS in patients undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair, reduce patient burden, prevent waste of medical resources, and optimise medical efficiency.

纳入标准：

我们对来自医疗中心的病例数据进行了回顾性分析，从这些病例数据筛选出2017 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月期间入院并在住院期间接受了关节镜下肩袖损伤修复术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

We conducted a retrospective analysis of case data from medical center, covering patients admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2022, who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff injury repair during their hospital stay.

排除标准：

(1) 并发严重疾病；(2) 门诊手术。

(1) concurrent serious medical conditions; (2) outpatient surgery.
