研究目的：

1.对中国儿童心衰的临床现状进行回顾性评估及总结,以促进对儿童心衰更好的认知。 2.探索儿童心衰相关诊断标准,构建临床预测模型及诊断模型,为儿童心衰的精准治疗提供参考意见。 3.初步尝试探索儿童心衰慢病管理平台或工具的开发与应用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To retrospectively assess and summarize the clinical status of heart failure in children in China, in order to promote a better understanding of heart failure in children. 2. Explore the diagnostic criteria of pediatric heart failure, construct clinical prediction models and diagnostic models, and provide references for the accurate treatment of pediatric heart failure. 3. To explore the development and application of a chronic disease management platform or tool for pediatric heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.心衰组: 年龄≤18岁; 通过三级医师诊疗制度确诊为心力衰竭; 2.非心衰组: 年龄≤18岁; 住院期间均未诊断心力衰竭; 住院期间完善了心衰标记物及心脏超声检查;

Inclusion criteria

1. Heart failure group: age ≤ 18 years old; diagnosed with heart failure through the tertiary care system; 2. Non-heart failure group: age ≤18 years old; no diagnosis of heart failure during hospitalization; heart failure markers and cardiac ultrasonography during hospitalization.

排除标准：

1.心衰组: 年龄不符; 入院时间不符; 问卷数据缺失值≥20%; 诊断不明确或疑诊病例。 2.非心衰组: 年龄不符; 合并肿瘤、免疫系统疾病或遗传代谢性疾病的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Heart failure group: age discrepancy; admission time discrepancy; questionnaire data missing value ≥20%; unclear or suspected diagnosis cases. 2. Non-heart failure group: age discrepancy; children with combined tumor, immune system disease or genetic metabolic disease.
