研究目的：

探讨远程医疗，即手机APP、小程序联合MNT对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的治疗与管理效果。研究使用行为改变技术分类第1版开发的微信移动医疗营养治疗项目如何影响妊娠期糖尿病妇女的糖尿病控制和胎儿结局。  

Objectives of Study：

To to examine how a mobile medical nutritional therapy program Via WeChat (WeMNT) developed using the Behaviour Change Technique Taxonomy version 1 (BCTTv1; Michie and colleagues, 2013) affects women with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in diabetes control and fetal outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

单胎，首次或再次妊娠，并符合以下妊娠糖尿病诊断标准之一，包括 （a） 妊娠 24-28 周时 OGTT 检测的至少一项外周血糖水平分别超过 5.1 mmol/L、10.0 mmol/L 和 8.5 mmol/L 的阈值，空腹、 1 小时和 2 小时，以及 （b） 空腹血糖≥ 7.0 mmol/L 或 2 小时血糖≥ 11.1 mmol/L。

Inclusion criteria

Singlets, first or second pregnancy, and meeting one of the following diagnostic criteria of gestational diabetes, including (a) at least one of peripheral blood glucose levels of OGTT Testing at 24-28 weeks of gestation exceeded the thresholds of 5.1?mmol/L, 10.0?mmol/L and 8.5?mmol/L at fasting, 1h and 2h, respectively, and (b) fasting blood glucose ≥ 7.0 mmol/L or 2h blood glucose ≥ 11.1 mmol/L.

排除标准：

孕前糖尿病、多胎、试管婴儿。

Exclusion criteria：

pregestational diabetes, multiple births, test tube infants.
