研究目的：

本研究拟开展一项三臂非劣效性随机对照试验，探索和比较羊奶配方奶粉、牛奶配方奶粉以及纯母乳喂养对婴幼儿生长发育、免疫指标、健康状况以及肠道微生态的影响，这项研究将为配方羊奶粉应用于改善婴幼儿健康和促进营养与生长发育提供证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a three-arm non-inferiority randomized controlled trial to explore and compare the effects of goat's milk formula, cow's milk formula, and exclusive breastfeeding on the growth and development, immune markers, health status, and intestinal microecology of infants and young children, and this study will provide evidence for the application of goat's milk formulas to improve the health and growth of infants and young children.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

配方奶粉组纳入标准： (1)出生后2-3月龄的婴儿； (2)母亲泌乳量不足或无法进行母乳喂养； (3)父母/监护人能阅读和理解中文； (4)父母/监护人愿意在研究期间只使用所提供的奶粉按要求喂养婴儿至少至6月龄（配方奶720-960mL/天）； (5）父母/监护人愿意在婴儿开始添加辅食后，在医护人员指导下继续使用所提供的奶粉喂养婴儿（配方奶600-800mL/天）； (6) 试用奶粉期间没有不良反应或过敏反应者。 纯母乳喂养对照组纳入标准： (1)出生后2-3月龄的婴儿； (2)出生后持续纯母乳喂养； (3)父母/监护人能阅读和理解中文； (4)愿意继续纯母乳喂养婴儿至少至6月龄。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria for the Formula Milk Group: (1)Infants aged 2-3 months post-birth. (2)Infants whose mothers have insufficient lactation or are unable to breastfeed. (3)Parents/guardians who can read and understand Chinese. (4)Parents/guardians who are willing to feed their infants only with the provided formula milk as per instructions at least until the age of 6 months (formula milk 720-960mL/day). (5)Parents/guardians who agree to continue feeding their infants with the provided formula milk under the guidance of medical personnel after starting complementary foods (formula milk 600-800mL/day). (6)Infants who do not have any adverse or allergic reactions during the trial period of the formula milk. Inclusion Criteria for the Exclusive Breastfeeding Control Group: (1)Infants aged 2-3 months post-birth. (2)Infants who have been exclusively breastfed since birth. (3)Parents/guardians who can read and understand Chinese. (4)Parents/guardians who are willing to continue exclusive breastfeeding at least until the infant is 6 months old.

排除标准：

(1)婴儿母亲在本地居住<6个月； (2)婴儿患有先天性疾病、染色体异常及/或可能干扰生长的情况； (3)参加了另一项营养干预试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)The infant's mother has been residing in the local area for less than 6 months. (2)The infant has congenital diseases, chromosomal abnormalities, and/or conditions that may interfere with growth. (3)Participation in another nutritional intervention trial.

本研究将采用区组随机化（将入组时间相近的受试者归入同一个区组），由研究协助人员使用随机数表法产生随机分配序列，将非纯母乳喂养的婴儿随机分配至配方牛奶粉喂养组和配方羊奶粉喂养组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study will use block randomization (grouping participants who enroll around the same time into the same block), and research assistants will generate a random allocation sequence using a random number table method. Infants who are not exclusively breastfed will be randomly assigned to either the formula cow milk feeding group or the formula goat milk feeding group.

盲法：

本研究采用单盲法，所有与受试者分组相关的信息将在实验检测和数据分析时被去标识化处理，实验检测人员和数据分析人员均不知道哪些参与者属于配方牛奶粉喂养组、哪些属于配方羊奶粉喂养组、哪些属于纯母乳喂养组。

Blinding：

This study adopts a single-blind method, where all information related to participants' grouping will be de-identified during experimental testing and data analysis. Neither the experimental testers nor the data analysts will know which participants belong to the formula cow milk feeding group, the formula goat milk feeding group, or the exclusive breastfeeding group.
