研究目的：

本项目旨在通过制定运动处方结合常规治疗治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤，观察踝扭伤患者的疼痛、关节活动度、踝关节功能改善情况，完善运动处方的制定，通过学术讲座、科普、论文等形式进行技术推广，以期为临床医师制定踝关节扭伤运动处方提供科学、客观的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this project is to observe the improvement of pain, range of motion (ROM) and function of ankle joint in patients with ankle sprain and to improve the formulation of sports prescription, through academic lectures, popular science, papers and other forms of technology promotion, in order to provide clinical doctors with a sprained ankle sports prescription to provide scientific and objective basis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄18至65岁，男女不限； (2)符合陈旧性踝关节扭伤的诊断标准； (3)病程超过20天，为单侧踝关节扭伤； (4)经Ｘ线、高频超声检查无骨折和韧带完全断裂； (5)近期无口服药物及其他任何方式的治疗； (6)病人知情同意，愿意配合各项工作。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age ranged from 18 to 65, male or female, (2) old ankle sprain, (3) unilateral ankle sprain with a course of more than 20 days; (4) no fracture and complete rupture of ligament were found by X-ray and high frequency ultrasound, (5) no oral medication or any other treatment in the near future, and (6) the patients were willing to cooperate with each other.

排除标准：

(1)年龄小于18岁及大于65岁者； (2)不符合陈旧性踝关节扭伤的诊断标准者； (3)病程小于20天，为双侧踝关节扭伤； (4)经Ｘ线、高频超声检查有骨折和（或）韧带完全断裂者； (5)近期接受过其他方式的治疗者； (6)未获得知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) the patients aged less than 18 years and over 65 years, (2) the patients who did not meet the diagnostic criteria of old ankle sprain, (3) the patients whose course of disease was less than 20 days were bilateral ankle sprain, and (3) the patients whose course of disease was less than 20 days were the patients with bilateral ankle sprain (4) fracture and/or complete rupture of ligament detected by X-ray and high frequency ultrasound; (5) patients who had received other treatment recently; (6) those without informed consent.
