研究目的：

①总结DPN患者中医体质分布特点及规律，为调整中医体质以“治未病”的理论提供临床依据。 ②基于DPN患者中医体质分型、相关因素（包括一般情况、生活方式等）及部分临床指标的统计学分析，分析其体质特点与相关因素的相关性，为DPN的预防和控制提供科学的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To summarize the distribution characteristics and patterns of TCM constitution of DPN patients, and to provide clinical basis for the theory of adjusting TCM constitution to "treat the disease before it happens". (2) Based on the statistical analysis of the TCM body type, related factors (including general condition, lifestyle, etc.) and some clinical indicators of DPN patients, we analyze the correlation between their physical characteristics and related factors, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of DPN.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18周岁以上；
②符合T2DM及DPN西医诊断标准；
③符合T2DM及DPN中医诊断标准；
④一般情况及相关资料详实完整；
⑤能够配合调查者填写并完成体质量化调查表；
⑥患者知情同意。
注：同时符合上述六项纳入标准者予以纳入

Inclusion criteria

①Age 18 years or older.
② meeting the Western diagnostic criteria for T2DM and DPN.
③ meeting the T2DM and DPN Chinese medical diagnostic criteria.
④General conditions and relevant information were detailed and complete.
⑤ able to cooperate with the investigator to fill out and complete the quantitative body mass questionnaire.
⑥Patients' informed consent.
Note: Those who met the above six inclusion criteria at the same time were included.

排除标准：

①近一个月内有糖尿病酮症酸中毒、频发低血糖、严重感染等急性并发症者；
②有严重的心脑血管疾病以及不能配合本研究的精神或神经系统疾病者；
③除2型糖尿病外的糖尿病类型，如1型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病等；
④合并严重功能障碍威胁生命者，包括恶性肿瘤；
⑤已发展为神经性下肢坏疽者；
⑥问卷填写不完整、或资料不全者；
⑦无法明确诊断者。
注：符合以上任意一项即予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

①Those with acute complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis, frequent hypoglycemia, and severe infections within the last month.
② Those who have severe cardiovascular diseases and mental or neurological diseases that cannot cooperate with this study.
③Diabetes types other than type 2 diabetes, such as type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, etc.
④ Those with combined severe dysfunction that threatens life, including malignancy.
⑤ Those who have developed neurogenic lower limb gangrene.
⑥Those with incomplete questionnaires or incomplete information.
⑦Those who cannot be clearly diagnosed.
Note: Those who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.
