研究目的：

运动疗法是糖尿病防治的重要环节,国内外多项研究表明运动不仅可以提高胰岛素的敏感性,改善糖尿病患者的血糖控制,还有利于控制体重、血压、血脂，降低大血管和微血管发生并发症的风险以及提升生活质量。目前糖尿病运动治疗的管理和实施存在薄弱环节，尤其是糖尿病患者存在心血管并发症风险,通过运动管理治疗还存在诸多难题，亟待解决。  

Objectives of Study：

Exercise therapy is an important part of diabetes prevention and treatment, and many studies at home and abroad have shown that exercise not only improves insulin sensitivity and glycemic control in diabetic patients, but also facilitates the control of body weight, blood pressure, blood lipids, and reduces the risk of macrovascular and microvascular complications, as well as improves the quality of life. Currently, there are weaknesses in the management and implementation of diabetic exercise therapy, especially the risk of cardiovascular complications in diabetic patients, and there are still many problems in the management of therapy through exercise that need to be solved.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

i. 首诊为2型糖尿病的患者或糖尿病前期患者 ii. 能配合进行运动康复 iii. 能理解并签署同意书

Inclusion criteria

i. Patients with first diagnosis of type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetic patients ii. able to cooperate with exercise rehabilitation iii. Able to understand and sign the consent form

排除标准：

i. 年龄＜18岁 ，年龄＞75岁 ii. 神经/肌肉/骨骼关节疾病影响患者康复训练 iii. 心功能分级Ⅲ/Ⅳ级 iv. 既往有糖尿病的严重并发症 v. 处于怀孕或哺乳期 vi. 发热＞38℃ vii. 严重的肝肾功能不全 viii. 急性全身疾病

Exclusion criteria：

i. Age <18 years old, age >75 years old ii. Neurological/muscular/skeletal joint diseases affecting the rehabilitation training of patients iii. Cardiac function class III/IV iv. Previous serious complications of diabetes mellitus v. Pregnancy or lactation vi. fever >38°C vii. severe hepatic or renal insufficiency viii. acute systemic disease

按照入组的先后顺序给患者编号，由第三方使用SPSS软件生成随机数字表产生随机序列，再将其分配至干预组和对照组。对纳入的三组患者在年龄、身高、体重、血糖进行统计学分析，比较三组患者的均衡性。如果互相认识的患者被分配到不同的组别，我们将及时调整分组方案

The patients were numbered according to the order of their enrollment, and a random sequence was generated by a third party using SPSS software to generate a table of random numbers before assigning them to the intervention and control groups. The three groups of patients included were statistically analyzed in terms of age, height, weight, and blood glucose to compare the balance of the three groups. If patients who knew each other were assigned to different groups, we would promptly adjust the grouping scheme
