探究术中严格血糖控制是否能够降低腔镜食管癌根治术患者术后肺炎发生率  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether strict intraoperative blood sugar control can reduce the incidence of postoperative pneumonia in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical esophageal cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、重庆医科大学附属第一医院＞18岁 2、ASA分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级 3、择期行全身麻醉机械通气患者 4、择期行腔镜下食管癌根治术患者

Inclusion criteria

1. The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University>18 years old 2. ASA classification II-III 3. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia and mechanical ventilation 4. Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer

排除标准：

1、急诊手术 2、患者拒绝参与实验或无法签署知情同意书 3、术前血糖控制不佳 4、术前肺部感染

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery 2. The patient refuses to participate in the experiment or is unable to sign the informed consent form 3. Poor blood sugar control before surgery 4. Preoperative pulmonary infection
