研究目的：

观察通过重复低强度红光照射后，眼部是否安全、能否延缓眼轴增长并控制青少年近视的进展，并与周边离焦框架眼镜进行对比，进一步探究其延缓近视发展的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe whether the eyes are safe after repeated low-level red-light therapy , whether it can delay axial growth and control the progression of myopia in adolescents, and to compare it with peripheral defocus spectacel lenses to further explore the effectiveness of it in delaying the development of myopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

7~18岁、睫状肌麻痹后双眼等效球镜度数-1.00D以上、矫正视力0.8及以上的青少年

Inclusion criteria

Adolescents aged 7-18 years with cycloplegic refraction with binocular spherical equivalent of -1.00D or above and corrected visual of 0.8 or better

排除标准：

存在眼部器质性病变或其他全身疾病、正在使用低浓度阿托品滴眼液进行近视控制或正在配戴角膜塑形镜

Exclusion criteria：

Present with organic ocular or other systemic diseases or are using low-concentration atropine eye drops for myopia control or are wearing orthokeratology lenses
